Kwezi Mining (Pty) Ltd, a broad-based black empowered affiliate of Kwezi (Pty) Ltd - a 100% black-owned company - holds 6,6%, while Mega Oils (Pty) Ltd, a 100% black-owned company, holds a 14,4% stake in Afrimat. Gillian Nonhlanhla Jiyane and Loyiso Dotwana represent Kwezi Mining and Mega Oils, respectively, on Afrimat’s board.Through Lancaster and Prima Afrimat provides aggregates, readymix concrete and precast concrete materials to customers in the construction and civils, road and rail sectors.
